The "Kids Place" was conceived nearly fourteen years ago when we took our five year old son to a party venue in Southend. Excited that we could create an even better one we embarked on an 18 month journey of highs and lows before turning what was an old disused and derelict furniture showroom on Canvey Island into our very own Play Centre!
Our Ethos has remained the same since those early days and we still strive to supply a safe, clean, exciting and fun environment at an affordable price. The building has changed a bit since our opening in October 1995, it was always cold in winter and hot in summer but a refurbishment a few years later saw all new outside cladding and air conditioning installed which improved it immensely.
Success has come not only from us but our loyal and enthusiastic staff and because we are a family business we regard each one of them as friends as well as employees. Having your childs bithday party with us needs to be a happy and memorable event and I'm proud to say that our ladies work tirelesley to achieve this.

The future is just as exciting as our past, we now propose to open a second unit just yards away from our main building to accommodate the growing demand for parties and the need to remain open for individual play. This will give us the opportunity to try out a number of new ideas including breakfast play sessions (mums & dads that want weekends to start early) and evening meal family specials (bookable in advance).
